Bliss & Fish Restaurant-Mediterranean & Seafood

We had a wonderful first visit to this restaurant.,The owner stopped by our table a few times too and is so nice and friendly. Everything was delicious and prices are quite reasonable. Highly recommend! Also, Wednesdays are special ladies night with a free glass of wine with entree purchase.

Best fish and chips in Michigan! The fish is Icelandic Cod and is so fresh. The batter is perfectly crispy. Not too much of it like some places. I would say it’s hard to get a solid fish and chips and these are very good. coleslaw is great. Everything is homemade! we got some hummus and Fattoush salad to start for the table and they were both very good! They sell olive oil and it is very good. We put it on our hummus. The owner is so sweet and all of the staff is so great. Family owned business. We want to go back and order some Shawarma and kebabs, but man it’s going to be hard not to order that fish and chips again!

Very clean restaurant, food is delicious, service is outstanding. I recommend the fish & chips, also the meat or chicken schwarma! They have burgers and a full bar also. Go try them out, they’re now open and will have music every Saturday night from 5-8pm!

My family of 5 dined in the day before their grand opening so their menu was still in their soft opening phase but the food we ordered was delicious. They had one waitress working that night and while it was a long wait. She was amazing, polite, and apologetic for the long wait time. Which was understandable for a new business that was highly anticipated for their opening. We knew it would be busy so prior to our arrival we called to make reservations and were able to secure a last minute reservation time. We arrived and were seated immediately. Personally I'm not a fan of Mediterranean food but my husband loves it so we wanted to try it. He was thrilled. I did enjoy my dinner which was fish & chips. Their Lebanese salad is delicious. Since our first visit we have ordered dinner for take out and again it was amazing. Their combo 2 with 2 sides: yellow rice & Lebanese salad was enough for our family (2 adults, 3 kids) This will be a place we frequent when we need a quick meal that's fresh & filling.

Wonderful Fish and Chips; not soggy!! So many places give ya soggy fish on wet lettuce. This was crisp, flavorful and filling. Wife also loved her chicken pita, and next time we will share a big platter. Looking forward to it. Great patio seating. Great waitress, food came out fast, even talked with the wonderful owner. Great place to have downtown.

Authentic Lebanese Flavors – Especially the Mjadra! Dropped by Bliss & Fish for lunch and was genuinely impressed. I went with the Mjadra topped with caramelized onions, and it was absolutely spot on — hearty, flavorful, and incredibly comforting. The lentils and rice were cooked to perfection, and those sweet, golden onions added the perfect touch. It’s rare to find Mjadra prepared this well — it tasted like something straight from a Lebanese grandmother’s kitchen. The service was warm and attentive, and the vibe of the place was both cozy and full of life. You can really taste the quality in every bite, especially the olive oil — it elevated the whole dish. Already looking forward to coming back to explore more of the menu!

My family and I came to food truck Friday and decided to try your restaurant out since we've heard so many great things. We had Leah as our server and she was one of the best servers we've experienced in a while. She had a lot of knowledge regarding the bar and the cocktails they have (which are amazing! Try the Chain of lakes you won't be disappointed) she also suggested the boneless chicken which was absolutely delicious. She was engaging and fun to talk with and the food was AMAZING We will be back, it was a whole experience!

My husband and I come here almost every week to sit at the bar and have a date night dinner together away from the kids. We’ve had Leah as our bartender the last few times and we really enjoy that she converses with us and is engaging with all the customers. We sat to another really nice couple and we all just ended up having a great time. I’ve tried several of their cocktails and so far they are all delicious. They are all drinks that I’ve never seen before which is something I love. There is a spicy watermelon margarita that has really good flavor. I’ve also had the new drink that she just added to their menu and I can’t remember the name but it’s a purple Gin cocktail that’s layered it’s beautiful and so good! I’m not normally a gin drinker either so if you’re skeptical try it anyways! We have had the combo for two which is awesome because you get to try a little of everything.. they have a lemon garlic chicken dish that my husband tells everyone about! We are glad to have you guys here we needed a place just like this! Great drinks, great food and a great bartender!!! Go try it!!!
